It became clear to me that most of the clients I helped were busy mothers.

Most people that don't have kids have no idea the daily struggles that mums have to deal with. I talked to every one of my clients and got a list of things that mums do and it was HUGE!

So I decided to write a programme that allowed everyday mums take back control of their bodies after having kids!
